WSDOT FlexPass Holder

I don't like sticking things to my windshield, so I didn't use the holder that came with the Washington WSDOT FlexPass. This is meant to stick somewhere convenient with double sided tape. I put a little rubber dot in it to prevent rattles, this is optional.
