X-ACTO Knife Sharpie Adapter

This is a remix of "https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2811676". I updated the screw hole to accept a #4 3/8 screw, so no need for pointy edges or need for modifying the screw. I also changed the height of the top to add some side-to-side stability for the blade.
