I created this in order to use my x-carve to make large posters for my son's school project.

Hardware required:
2EA M4x12mm socket head cap screws
1EA Spring (I used one I had lying around that fit)

X-Carve settings:
FR: 100 in/min
PR: 14 in/min
D/P: 0.10 in
