I love Mad Mikes low profile thumb stick for my X9D that I had to have them on my X-Lite.
I kept the basic thumb grip but change a few things so that they wouldn't bottom out and so that they would fit the xlite screws.
I posted both version 6 and 7, the difference is that 6 has the center filled with more grip (Mad Mikes had a hole all the way through) but it worked opposite of what I thought, instead of gripping more my thumbs would slide off, so I made the center flat in version 7 and they work great, my thumbs do not slip at any placement but also do not look like hamburger the next day either.
Print at 0.1mm layer height so the threads come out better but you can print at what you want but more than 0.1mm and they are harder to screw on.
If too loose or too tight (depends on how good your printer is and how aligned it is) you can scale up/down by a fraction, or you can use the "Horizontal Compensation" of your slicer (different slicers have different names for it)
