Edit: Upgraded 2 printers, with the second one tried to make sure nylon filaments came together in a triangle, whilst the first one they were mainly flat - I can now say that FLAT is better! Helps with flexibility without being so stiff...
I didn't like how the bed cable kinks in the same 2-3 places, this will eventually surely lead to fatigue in the cables and a short - at 220v!! Which will most likely cause a fire :-(
So wrapped 3x 3mm nylon filament in heatshrink tube (I had black so it looks discrete) and zip-tied it to the interior of the bed cable - you can use other stiff flexible plastics, maybe like a big fat nylon zip-tie, it just has to be able to overcome the stiffness of the actual cable cover, which is shite and makes the cable kink instead of curve
You will probably only need about 40cm long, but I prepared longer so could later cut off extra - insert into the body of the printer and zip-tie the end just INSIDE the printer first, against the same bed cable, so t
