Here are 8 3D Printable flight sim knobs I designed.
You can stop at a certain layer height (google it) or paint them.
These fit into standard D-Shaft Rotary encoders: https://ebay.us/YgJRTJ *

I've provided the source .f3d file for editing with fusion, however- you may find the most up to date model here:

You can export the model in the link as any supported file type (.STEP) which makes this more convenient for other CAD programs.
