We've all put a thumbtack on a nerf dart, but with the promise of 3d printing, comes the promise of more dangerous children's toys. I bring you, a Nerf dart with an Xacto blade in it.
Simply remove the original rubber nerf dart head, glue the Xacto blade into the new 3D printed cap, and then glue that to the foam dart tube. You might need to remove some material for the blade to fit correctly, if your first layer is a little squished
You'll want to do it in that order for a couple reasons. Superglue is best to glue the Xacto blade to the 3D printed cap, but superglue will melt the foam, so gluing the blade into the cap first will prevent any melting foam. I then used E6000 to glue the cap to the foam tube; it works wonders.
If you choose to print and make this, I am in no way liable if you get hurt. That is on you. But please do be safe with these.
