Design and development of a FDM 3D printer for educational purpose as a final project.
The project goals are, to build a high volume printer and high printing speed, with capacity to printing any kind of filament available in retailer stores.
Achieved features at this moment:
-Cartesian kinematic inside an aluminium profile cubic structure.
-24V Electronics (24V power supply) + Einsy rambo.
-NEMA 17 stepermotors.
-Octoprint (wifi and internet conctivity with Raspberry PI4).
-HeatedBed with up to 1400W/220v heating element.
-HotEnd 50W (up to 350º)
-0'4 mm BrassNozzel
-Effective printing area: 320mm x 340mm x 290mm
-Printing speed [Extrusion Speed/ Movement Speed]: 60/80 mm/s (Max: 100/120 mm/s).
-Auto leveling with 18mm inductive sensor.
-Customized Marlin 2.0.x firmware.
-Printed Materials up to date: PLA, PETG, NGEN, ABS, ASA.

-Maximize printed Area.
-Mesh leveling configuration.
-Multimaterial.
-Sensorless homing.
