My first major project after starting to learn 3d modeling. I've been doing a lot of rgh3 mods on 360's, and ended up with one with a totally trashed case so I figured it was a great opportunity to start a bigger project.I was inspired by syphant's shell here, https://mak3rworld.com/en/models/1655870-neo360-printable-replacement-shell-for-xbox-360#profileId-1751295, and edgar_kalashnikov ^ trying to fix censored linkhere https://www.reddit.com/r/360hacks/comments/1li0bf2/super_slim_3d_printed_shell/.That being said this is an original design from the ground up. This is just my initial mostly complete state, there are some issues I would like to work on in the future, but I just wanted to get this out there and get potential input from others. As far as assembly hardware, I'm using m3x4x5 heatset inserts and m3x8 screws for the motherboard, top case and IR board, and just m2 screws straight into plastic for the PSU hold downs and the PSU fan mounting. The case is a pretty simple design, it's a motherboard tray on bottom that the board and psu mount to, and then the top shell screws to the bottom.I very much liked the idea of an integrated power supply, so that only a c13 power cable is required to run. I just opened up a slim power supply and dropped it in the case, and hard wired it to the power contacts on the bottom of the board. I even reused the blower fan from it on the top lid for a little extra airflow.I just used some basic momentary buttons for the power and pairing button, and relocated the ir board to the top case. I made a thinned area for the lights to shine through, and it worked fine on test prints as shown with the orange case, however it seems it still isn't thin enough to shine through black so I'll have to either thin it more or pick a different final color.I initially tried to relocate the wifi board as well to maintain functionality, however the board ended up being damaged/flakey so I just scrapped it. Not like I planned to use the wifi anyways.F
