Xbox Elite Controller Thumbstick Replacement

The intent of this design is to provide protection for the XBOX Elite Series controller Joysticks. I have, rather carelessly, been tossing the controller in my bag when traveling and it seems to have caused some drift on one of the joysticks. I'm a big fan of this controller, but I didn't want to lug around a large controller case for it so I've designed a printable alternative.
