The design incorporates a 0.1 mm gap between the parts in order to allow the movement, this should be modified according to your printer capabilities.
It has been designed to fit the case included with the phone. I used double side tape to stick it, nonetheless, glue can be used but special attention must be paid in order not no glue both parts together impeding the cover to slide.
It might be necessary to sand the edges or reduce the thickness of some faces and a bit of lubricant oil can be beneficial to achieve proper sliding. It is recommended to test it before sticking it to the case.
