Xiaomi stem washer (hook)

So after instaling a hook on my xiaomi m365 on the stem, from time to time the handelbar would get loose over time and its because the hook has a flat surface where the holes are insted of a conical shape as the screw, bottom line is if you your stem is getting loose after instaling a hook on the stem then this will solve the problem
