Xmas Cookie Cutters

My apologies to OpenSCADers: I forgot to include the file, `cookie-cutter-helper.scad`. To save downloading the whole archive again I have pasted the text of the `ThickenAndExtrude()` function in the "How I Designed This" section below.

Christmas is coming and that means I need to eat cookies!

But I'm a nerd so that means I need to make cookie cutters in OpenSCAD. Here are a few to start us off with .STL files included for:

* Bauble with zig-zag stamper pattern
* Candy cane
* Snowman
* Star
* Tree
* Tree with a trunk

My partner insisted on the tree with a trunk, but you get more cookie on the tree without a trunk. (Guess which is my favourite?)

I feel like I need to add more designs (a gingerbread man and last, for example). If there's a cookie cutter shape you're interested in feel free to drop a note in the comments.
