XT-60 Dust Cap/Charge Indicator

Simple but very effective! This is an XT-60 battery connector dust cap and can be also used as a charge indicator if you print these in two different colours. I use red to indicate discharged batteries and green to indicate fully charged batteries.

They can be printed in 4-5 mins and only use a tiny amount of material so are well worth it in my opinion.

I print with PLA because PLA doesn't not shrink much. If you print with ABS you may need to increase the size to account for shrinkage otherwise it won't fit on your connectors. If you print as standard with PLA then this gives a perfect fit.

I use a layer height of 0.2mm and an infill of 15% but it doesn't matter what settings you print with. Printing with 100% infill won't change much as this print does not need any infill.
