A simple design to replace your lost lock in the factory pannier bags for the XT1200z Super Tenere.
If you want to replace the lock to make the pannier access more easy then this will do the trick.
If your pannier lock has fallen out and you have lost it then this will allow you to use the pannier until you get a replacement.
I used long thin Sheetmetal screws to affix the small metal disc to the inner pannier end of the lock (they cut their own threads when screwed in) instead of the original small and short threaded screws.
I am working on a better solution that will allow the pannier to be latched without the need of the key, and also locked if you still want the more secure option.
