XT60 Female Mount V1

This XT60 mount is designed to securely hold a female XT60 plug for use as a removable link or charging port for robotics applications. A male XT60 will nest easily ontop.

You may need to adjust the cutout to accommodate for specific printer precision. Printers with 0.2mm capabilities can make use of the perfect press-fit clearance, no glue needed.

After using 1 of these in my 30lb combat robot I discovered the male connector was susceptible to popping free after heavy shock loads. Rookie mistake, thought the friction fit was good enough when the male was plugged in. A redesign is in the works with mechanical interlocks to secure the male plug. I'm also working on a system for securing 4 low profile 4mm bullet connectors for a tiny printable removable link system.
