NOTE: XTool has now shipped a few different head designs (5W and two 10W versions) that change how this part fits. If your head does not look like my picture it likely won't work as the tube path can be constricted.
This is an air nozzle attachment that can be printed without supports. It clips onto the xTool D1 Laser head (14mm diameter) and fits a 5mm OD rubber air hose, directing the flow onto the focus point of the laser. I iterated through a few designs but would recommend using revC as it is the most refined.
You'll want a nice soft silicone hose in 5mm or 3/16" diameter - recommendation is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DD8RJXJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Larger diameters won't fit, and stiffer hoses will negatively impact the motion of the D1's gantry.
revA clips on and directs the hose air flow down at an angle.
revB clips on but adds a cone around the laser exit, and sticks out a bit closer to the stock.
revC tries to straighten the a
