XY Flexure Stage Design

This is FreeCAD Model of a XY Flexure (Variants E and F) taken from
"TOPOLOGY EVOLUTION OF HIGH PERFORMANCE XY FLEXURE STAGES" by
Shorya Awtar, Alexander H. Slocum

In order to use it you have to screw it onto a mounting plate with distance rolls.
In Super-XY-F the outer Ground-stages with holes are elevated in order to be able to screw it onto a plate.
When printing horizontal and/or vertical scaling could be applied.
To obtain thinner or thicker blades the blade-thicknesses have to be adjusted in the FreeCAD
file. It is currently 1.4mm for the 200 x 200 mm model.
The FreeCAD file XY-Flexure-Stage-FCStd is Spreadsheet parametrized.
Blade Thickness, Holes can be adjusted.
