This is a Remix of macd2point0 Steps Calibration Device. I resized for tighter tunning to tighter dimensional accuracy and near max build size. There are three different sizes to fit your needs.
Each "leg" is 5MM wide X 10mm Tall with Fillets on the sharp edges to prevent elephants' foot from messing with measurements.
The ZRod Should measure 10X10mm in the X/Y axis.
Extruder Steps and Flow Should be calculated and proper before proceeding to this calibration!
To Calculate New Values:
Find your current steps for each axis, write them down.
Print one of the selected models (Be Patient)
Measure your results in each axis direction.
Take the expected Measurement (145/200/275) , Divided by your actual measurements, Multiplied by Current E-Step Value= New Step Value.
Edit: Added V2 to make Z axis part of test stiffer (8x8mm)
