Y axis leadscrew mod

I recomand that you have a lot of time on your hands for this. You will need a lot of time adjusting to make this modification good. You might also end up with worse prints, but if you get it just right i think you will get the most exact positions of your nozzel tip due to no belt strech and higher mechanical resolution.

Here is my y axsis leadscrew modd. im running that on my printer now. the bearingholder is very long because i only had a 300mm screw avalible. files for fusion 360 is added, feel free to modd. 8 mm leadscrew. I driled holes in the backplate instead of using rhe holder, but that felt like a big commitment before i had tried leadscrew .

change steps/mm to 400 if you use 1/16 microstep(default on my printer. if you change microsteps to 1/4 (by removing two jumpers under the driver if anyone wondered) set it to 100 steps/mm.
