DISCLAIMER: I am not affiliated with Yale in any way other than by association, and this is probably not a perfect design as far as their angles and measurements of the official Y logo.
I printed at 80% scale of my design, making it 3.6mm high. The raised part starts at 50%, the 1.8 layer. I did a pause and filament change to blue at halfway through the 10th layer (1.8-2) when it was doing infill of the Y, as the extruder damage from resting there would be less harmful to infill than an edge.
It probably would have been a quicker and cleaner print at 100% infill, but it still turned out pretty nice.
