The dumper is reducing mower noise. It should be flexible enough. You may vary infill density to have adequate result.
Second point is 5x10mm M6 nut. Each nut needs groves to fit unto damper housing.
I glued the nuts with scratched facets using superglue (Cyanoacrylate).
