Yarn ball winder cone

I bought a yarn winder to re-wind old yarn that had gotten tangled but didn't have anything to put the yarn on. This is a cone that slips over the cone of the winder before you start. Afterwards I use the plug I created in the bottom of the cone. The center is for schedule 40 3/4" PVC that I mount to a board. The plug should snug up to the cone and spin freely on the PVC pipe.
