Yarn Drawing Board

Yarn drawing board that allows kids to both draw and build fine motor skills. Very satisfying to draw with and even more satisfying to “erase” your drawing. The board is printed in 3 pieces, top bottom and insert. The top and bottom are simply made from PLA. The insert is made from 95A TPU. This allows the yarn to stick in the holes and easily be removed after. To assemble place the insert on the pegs on the yarn board top. then line the yarn board top up with the bottom. Lastly press the pieces together. This may require some force as there are many connection points. I recommend using Poly Mason Line for the string. Other yarns can be used but this seems to offer a perfect size and sturdiness. The exact one I used can be found here: Home Depot Mason Line. This model is designed for use with a 0.4mm nozzle.
