Yarn Winder Cone in Multiple Sizes

Inspired by a replacement cone for a Royal Yarn Winder, this has four options.
1) An easy to print replacement option designed with thicker walls for strength and no top so it can be printed without supports.
2) A taller (~100mm / 4 inch) version.
3)* A smaller diameter cone that is also ~100mm tall. This one requires support to print but set the angle extreme (>75 deg) so the slicer only builds supports for the lower "floor" and does not try to support the upper lip (which should print okay without support).
4) Same smaller diameter cone as described above, but fully hollow. Prints slightly faster.

*Smaller diameter cone does not function well. I'll leave it for anyone who wants to try.
