The "Hello World" of 3d design: yet another bar holder! Just extruded some circles and lines and added a rotating polygon.
It is designed to hold a bar of 11 mm diameter but you may easily scale it up or down a bit to fit your needs. It's fixed by a countersunk head screw going through the center - so the screw is not visible once the bar is installed.
