Yet another Bench power supply (Parametric) Update

Yes, another ATX/Mini ATX/Micro ATX bench power supply.

I discovered slight variations in manufacturing throw out a lot of the non-customisable designs here (and elsewhere). Even a slightly bent panel during manufacturing or removal causes problems.

I also wanted to be able to heavily customise the front panel as well as give myself room to solder. This is also needed because of the varying sizes of terminal blocks, switches, meters, LEDs, USB block etc.

Additionally I prefer things I can customize easily rather than hacking an STL

The result will work on most ATX/Mini ATX/Micro ATX power supplies.
