Here is my variant of sanding tool. It's simple. Easy to print and easy to assembe.
To assemble you'll need 1 bolt M4x25mm and one M4 nut.
You'll need small supports only for clamp and knob.
I've printed it with 0.4 nozzle and 4 perimeters, 4 bottom and 4 top layers.
