Yet another tool holder for Ender 3

I remade the original tool holder to please my OCD. The walls are even multiples of 0.4, so it's easily sliceable. This design features 'slide' for the scrapper, bigger clipper room and screw head vertical offset compensation.

I shortened the "legs" by half of a milimeter to make it not collide with the screw washer. I also made more hanging room for the clippers.
