This is a very well working vacuum pad, which i run two of, off a little chinesium vaccuum pump. Surprisingly strong. If you've never worked with vacuum fixtures before, this is a game changer! :-) I was struggling to effectively hold scrap wood for making rail tracks for my kids, and I looked into Vaccum workholding. I tried printing a couple of different clamps, but whether it was the design, or the poor fit of my custom o-rings or other fittings, I just couldn't get a good strong grip. So i drew up some of my own. They use 3.2mm nitril thread for gaskets. I had some 3mm laying about, which also worked fine. they are 20mm high, so don't forget to account for that, if you use them on a cnc like i do. The hole pattern is 40mm apart, which fits with my fixture plate. V3 has two slots are for added flexibility, for instance if you need to mount the pad to a festool MFT-5 table or similar table with benchdog. They are also great for just holding down stuff for sanding or other
