Did you strip the threads on your Yeti Rambler Chug lid? Me too . . . about 10 times. So I decided to model the top part of the lid rather than buying a whole other lid . . . again. Print the lid in any material you want and the washer in TPU or something flexible and just push the washer into the space in the lid to make a good seal. You can glue it if you want, but I haven't had to, it just fits in there nice and stays put. Please note: *** if you want this to be waterproof, you need to print the washer in TPU or some other flexible filament *** The main part of the lid prints on its side to allow support in the threads as well as the upper handle. Drop a comment letting me know how it works for you and let me know if you think of any improvements. I'm always up for a redesign.
