I made this boot to protect the bottom of my 64oz stainless steel YETI water bottle. I included a 1mm raised disc in the center to fill that gap the YETI has. It is a nice tight fit and with the vacuum like seal stays on well. Dents will ideally not occur as easily now and more importantly it does not damage a surface I set it one. Is also quieter.
