My interpretation of Yithri Guildship outlined in Babylon 5 RPG books.

"Yithri were one of the most powerful of the middleborn races. They had arisen from the ruins of the Quin in the aftermath of the Third Shadow War. The Yithri had abandoned their homeworld to become a true spacefaring race, living in massive guildships that were so big, they could not use conventional jump gates."
A guildship was over sixty kilometers long, a floating world. It is able to host a Yithri invasion fleet.
