Yu-Gi-Oh! Clamshell Deck Box

This is a remix of another 3D model, check the original out too.



This deck box had its internal dimensions resized to: 62x92x40mm (Width x Height x Depth).

This means that it should fit regular and sleeved cards (I use 60x91mm sleeves, it should fit slightly bigger ones too) and in my experience, it should hold about 70 cards give or take.

I made the design taller to prevent cards from rubbing the lid while opening and closing it.

I'd suggest using a brim when printing both models in order to ensure good adhesion, and to print the lid without support, the box can be printed with or without support.



Print settings:

I printed it in 3N3's Celeste (Sky Blue) PLA on a stock Ender 3.

Hot end at 210°C
Bed at 60°C
Infill 100%
Wall count set to 3
Layer height set to 0.2mm
Print speed set to 60mm/s
Support enabled for the box but not for the lid.
