This model can help you to make a fine tuning on your Z endswitch.
This model works on Ender 3, i dont know if works on another printer but maybe can help you.
YOU WILL ONLY NEED A 1/8" x 3/4" screw (or longer). if you dont have you can use a M2 x 18m
