ZEP Professional sprayer Broken Thread Replacement

Second thread to split in a month.  Not much plastic thickness with in the thread depths.

Should not need any glue to assemble so its easy to use PETG (remembering that PETG is chemical resistant).

+ Print the thread inserts (left and right) along with the cover.
+ Cut the remains of your broken ring off.  Clip an edge and twist it off or force a split through the cut.
+ Install the COVER first with the slot openings facing the thread inserts.
+ Install the thread insert covers.  Make sure the seams meet on the lock plates.
+ Slide the cover over the inserts.
+ The cover will go about half way down before the tension balls will have to be forced over the edges

The cover should be set securely.  If it loosens up you can always glue it.

The fit dependency is the diameter and thickness of the slot that holds the screw cap on.  If someone encounters something bigger than 22-23mm let me know.
