Zero Clearance Insert - Dewalt DWS774 DSC365

Zero clearance insert / throat plate compatible with the following Dewalt Mitre Saws:DWS773DWS774DCS365I have included two print profiles, a full size one, and a split version which allows it to be printed in two parts on an A1 mini and joined with a simple dovetail joint. Tolerances are very precise such that the two parts can be put together snugly with the help of a rubber mallet, and feels very secure. If you want to secure the joint even further use a soldering iron to lightly melt the two parts together on the underside. I printed mine with only 3 walls and 25% infill in PLA, with the section where the blade cuts through being reinforced with a modifier for 100% infill. This felt plenty sturdy enough for me, and kept filament cost low, but feel free to bump either the walls or infill up for a sturdier insert.
