When I bought the terrarium, there was some larger holes on the side I was afraid would allow some smaller animals such as spider slings or fruitflies escape. Two of them would be needed for each side, it should sit on the “peg” portion of the lower part of the terrarium and cover up some of the gaps. I also used aquarium silicone to glue it after assembly for a more permanent fit.
