Zipper slider (size 5)

Zipper /zip slider by ambekhit is great - and they should take the credit for the original design; however, when I printed it on my Geeetech i3 pro b, which has been calibrated in firmware for accurate sizing, the zip worked briefly and then started to fail due to the gap between the front and back being too large. This led to the two sides of the zip slipping out, rather than being pushed together.

I resolved this issue by importing into openSCAD, and scaling the front of the model so the edges that surround both parts of the zip are extended to be longer, so they wrap around the zip better, with the cavity remaining the same size. Scaling by a factor of 1.2 (or 20% longer) was enough to make this work for me.

The stl file I used is zipper_slider_20pc.stl.

If you want to change you will need all files in the same directory before opening up in openSCAD.
