Zipper Tie Form

My wife has made a few zipper ties in the past, but with mixed success. She has been unable to find a form anywhere to secure the zipper and build the tie around. She ended up making her own from plastic cut out of milk jugs. This Christmas, she decided to make some more ties for our boys, and realized she could print the forms.

Here it is. Use it and abuse it. If you print it, post a make and let us know how it worked out for you.
