This model is designed to utilize the last few meters of your filament spool to create a useful cable tie! My idea for the contest was I wanted something that would always be useful every time you printed it, and I've been wanting to try my hand at designing a printable cable tie for quite some time now. I find myself constantly using cable ties around the house and shop, and now I will have a near infinite supply :) uses approximately 0.32 m of filament 7.2 inches total length, 6 inches of usable zip length with my settings, takes 10 minutes to print I did all my testing with PLA+ and got good results for a light duty cable tie, if you want to do some heavy lifting I recommend printing in either PETG or something that has more flexibility like nylon.
