zooper-dooper closer

A couple of printed pieces that can be used to close a 'zooper-dooper' tube (or similar) so that it can be re-used to carry honey or condensed-milk or other liquid or paste as an alternative to runner's Gu.
Any plastic tubes (I use the ones that originally held flavoured ice and cut them in half) could be used but they need to be same or smaller width and not too thick plastic.
Makes a good but not a perfectly sealed closure, so expect some slight leakage over the duration of a marathon or ultra. Best keep them inside a ziplock bag to avoid sticky pockets. Besides, once opened and used they need to be put into a bag anyway.

To load and seal the tubes I find it easiest to put the honey into the tube from a squeeze bottle, leaving about 2 cm at the top, then fold the empty top of the tube over and insert it into the slot in the outer_closer, then put the inner_closer into the outer, inside the fold of plastic and push it gently in, leaving a small gap so that it is easy to extract.
