Zortrax Enclosure

This is a remix of the fantastic design by JuliaDee. It is exactly the same enclosure design, but I have remixed the grommets to suit the magnets available to me in the UK.

Lexan panels 2.0 mm x 320w x 355h, fastened to the mighty Zortrax by neodymium magnets held in printed ABS grommet/handles. I used 6.35 mm (1/4") x 9.53 mm (3/8") N42 magnets from First4Magnets in the UK - they sell them as a pack of 10 - 3 for the left and right sides and 4 for the front !

The grommets fit into holes drilled into the Lexan with a 10mm step bit and can be solvent-welded with MEK or glued with epoxy.
