ZWO AM5 laser pointer holder

ZWO AM5 laser pointer wedge.

I use this to get a rough polar alignment when setting up the ZWO AM5. I put the tripod, mount in such a way that, when I hold this wedge & laser pointer, it hits Polaris. The next step is to look through the guide camera or main camera to get Polaris in view, I then do a PA procedure in Sharcap or Nina while adjusting the Alt/Az knobs on my AM5. I like this wedge because it is sufficient for a quick alignment, but you cannot forget and leave it on so it gets in the way during a session.
