Zyltech 5kg spool holder

This is a remix of the spool holder that I use the most. It's designed a little differently since I needed more width than what I could have gotten with just two of the bearings beside each other. I really like this style of spool holder because there's nothing to put through the center of the spool, just set the spool on top and go. This is for the 5kg Zyltech Texas size spools. It uses the same ZZ608 bearings. You will need 8 of the bearings as each side uses 4 ea. for the pair.

After printing, you can use a 5/16" or 8mm drill bit to clean up the holes in the base part. Assembly is easiest if you use an arbor press. I pushed the axle through one side, then one bearing and the spacer. Next, I placed the second bearing and then pressed the axle all the way through. You could use a vise or a set of channel lock pliers, as well.
