Screw cap for UP Printer heating plate screws (remix)

Thing #4113 is still fiddly to undo, so I decided to make it easier to use.
This bolt knob is larger and has improved geometry to grip on with the fingers. This design also makes it easier to use as the screw head is fixed on the other side of the knob comparing to the thing #4113, minimizing the risk of breaking off while being tightened.
