12V Motorcycle Socket

12V Bordsteckdose / Ladesteckdose (kleine Ausführung) für ein Motorrad

Wird an einem 1" Rohr (25,4mm) angeklipst.

Von der handelsüblichen Buchse habe ich die Steckkontakte zur Hälfte abgeschnitten und die Kabel für + und - direkt angelötet. Das ganze sollte nämlich sehr klein und kompakt werden. Die Buchse wird dann mit 2-Komponenten-Kleber in den Klip geglebt. Die Kabel werden über eine Sicherung 7,5A direkt an die Batterie angeschlossen.

Der Klip hält perfekt, man kann das ganze trotzdem noch durch die vorhandenen Löcher mit 2 Kabelbinder sichern.
