Bit adapter that has a standard 1/4" (6.31 mm) shaft that goes to a pentagonal (nominal 5 mm side length).

11 May 2017: I messed up the hex dimensions. They've been fixed with updated SLDPRT & STL files.

13 May 2017: It was too big on the hex shaft, so I scaled it down by 3%.
