Virginia Tech Spinner Remix

Reworked the VT logo to make it more defined. Added a raised center so you can pause and switch colors. Created a concave engraved center cap. Used Fillamentum PLA Pearl Ruby Red (same pantone as Chicago maroon) and Hatchbox Orange PLA.
