CR-10 reduced-weight heat bed sledge

This is aimed at reducing weight of moving parts and resulting vibrations. Since the original sledge weights over half a kilogram, this seemed like an angle worth pursuing.

Holes should fit as it is based off a scan but size of the object might be slightly off so far. At present this got neither printed nor tested so no guarantees that it does what its supposed to.
